Typographical Errors/Billing Errors
In the event that a product listed on CovenTree Olde World Market is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, CovenTree Olde World Market reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. CovenTree Olde World Market reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, CovenTree Olde World Market shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. In the event that said purchase was by means of personal check, money order or other payment method, CovenTree Olde World Market shall issue a company check in the amount of the incorrect price.

In the event your purchase was mistakenly over charged, CovenTree Olde World Market shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the difference between that which was charged and that whish is the correct price. In the event that said purchase was by means of personal check, money order or other payment method, CovenTree Olde World Market shall issue a company check in the amount of the difference between that which was charged and that whish is the correct price.
