Refund/Exchange Policy - CovenTree Olde World Market Updated: 25 June 2008
We want you to be 100% happy with your CovenTree Olde World Market purchase!
General Return Policy
If you would like a refund, we gladly accept returns of new, resalable items. If you have ordered something by mistake, if the size is incorrect, if the item is damaged in shipping, or if you find that it does not match what you wanted, please notify us within 7 days and return the item within 30 days. Refund does not include shipping and handling, or gift wrapping charges. Please contact us by e-mail (info@coventreemarket.com) or by telephone (1.805.481.6559) for more information. Please leave a message - we will contact you as soon as we return to the office.
We do not charge a restocking fee on any of our returns.
All returns must include a copy of the original invoice, and be sent in its original packaging. Please properly repackage the item for shipping to avoid any damages. We must receive items in resalable condition, so we recommend that you insure the item for its value. CovenTree Olde World Market is not responsible for costs of shipping on any returned items.
To help ensure a safe return of the product please send prepaid via UPS, FedEx or insured USPS. These couriers have package tracking allowing both you and us to know the status of the shipment. Be sure to include your name, address and order number on the label (we will not accept any packages without a return name and address). Allow 2 weeks for processing. We must receive the returned product prior to issuing a refund, so please do not ask for the refund early.
To prepare your return:
• Make a copy of your packing slip for your records.
• Please use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton.
• To expedite your return, please insert the packing slip, remembering to keep the return label printed on the front for shipping.
• Pack and tape your package securely.
• Affix the return shipping label.
• For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post. (We cannot accept C.O.D.)
Exchanges
Please call to make arrangements for an exchange. We apologize for this inconvenience. However, we do not keep any records of online credit card transactions. Therefore, differences in charges must be handled over the phone. For information regarding the security of your payments please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Cancellation of order
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of submitting the order. Please call or e-mail us with the order confirmation number, your name and telephone number.
Clothing
If clothing does not fit, we will exchange them for another size of the same piece of clothing. If there is anything wrong with the shirt (defective, misprint of ink, pulled or damaged fabric) we will refund your purchase upon receipt of the shirt. We cannot take returns on clothing that has been worn. Please check size fit immediately upon receipt of package, and return if there are issues. Sorry, we cannot exchange one shirt design or style for a different item - only size issues (of the same shirt design and style) can be exchanged.
Special Orders
Sorry. We cannot accept returns on special orders that are personalized, or specially requested items not listed on the website. This includes special phone orders or purchases at Fairs and Festivals.
Any purchase made at a Fair or Festival needs to have the exchange done at the time you attend the Fair or Festival. We are unable to do any returns of product (at this time) after the Fair or Festival without specific prior arrangements.
Music, Video, DVD, Electronics, Software
DVD, video, audio, software media and electronics must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund. Damaged or defective DVD, video, audio, software media and electronics may be exchanged for the same merchandise only.

Changes to our policy
If we change our refund policy, we will post those changes on this page. Policy changes will apply only to transactions conducted after the date of the change.
